By using the Flytrap Charging website or services, you agree to these terms.

Service

We provide portable phone charging stations to venues in Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas. Free placement, station ownership, advertising, warranty, replacement, payout, and service terms are governed only by the applicable signed agreement.

Revenue Information

For qualified free-placement venues, the venue receives 30% and Flytrap receives 70% of net charging revenue during the initial six-month term. Any later revenue split must be mutually agreed in writing. Station-ownership revenue terms are also governed by the signed purchase and service agreement.

“Net charging revenue” means successfully collected rental revenue after applicable taxes, payment-processing charges, provider fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other transaction-related costs. Website information is not a guarantee of revenue or financial performance.
