Location fit
Placement is intended for approved, high-traffic businesses in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
Initial term
The venue earns 30% and Flytrap earns 70% of net charging revenue during the initial six-month term.
Future terms
Any later revenue split must be mutually agreed in writing based on station performance.
Placement is subject to venue qualification and a signed agreement. Net charging revenue means successfully collected rental revenue after applicable taxes, payment-processing charges, provider fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other transaction-related costs. Complete commercial terms are governed by the signed agreement.
